Established in 1988, Northern Ohio Rural Water has consistently provided safe,potable and high-quality water service to customers in portions of Lorain, Erie, Huron and Sandusky counties. The purpose of this report is intended to keep you informed about the excellent water and services we have delivered to you over the past year.
